Japanese-Style Dinner for Two - Stir-Fried Pork Loin with Bell Peppers and Onions (Yakiniku Sauce Flavor)
Japanese-Style Dinner for Two - Stir-Fried Pork Loin with Bell Peppers and Onions (Yakiniku Sauce Flavor)
Steps
- 1
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Add the garlic cloves and sauté briefly, then add the sliced onions and bell peppers and stir-fry.
- 2
Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover briefly. If you prefer the vegetables to remain crisp, do not cook for too long.
- 3
Move the vegetables to the side of the pan and place the pork slices (suggest cutting into 2-inch pieces) in contact with the pan to heat. When half-cooked, add 1 1/3 tablespoons of yakiniku sauce (adjust to taste).
- 4
Stir-fry everything evenly, cover, and cook until the pork is fully cooked. Serve immediately!
