Cut the mangoes and remove the seeds,keep this for 2 hour on dry place.now add salt and red chilli powder and Turmeric powder.keep this in the siever overnight,water comes out from mango pieces remove all water.

Make powder of mustard seeds dal and cloves.warm the oil until it boil.Let it cool completely then add above grinded mixture,remaining salt,chilllly powder,Turmeric powder,sugar,kepra masala red chilli powder mix it well

Now add mango pieces and mix it well in the above oil mixture keep this in the container cover it properly after 5 to 6 days again mix it well with a spoon.mango pickle is ready to eat with khichadi,or roti.
