1raw papaya
2 tspoil
1/2 tspmustard seeds
1/4 tsphing
1/2 tspturmeric
2green chilli

Peel of the skin of papaya. Remove seeds.

Make chips. In a pan heat oil. Put mustard seeds, as it simmer add hing, turmeric and add chips, slit of green chilli. Saute for 8-10 minutes on low flame.

Ready to serve.
