No need for any suji.
Just thick daal and fulka roti with salad for lunch ..👍🏻👌🤤
Steps

Take Daal in a Bowl,wash 3-4 times,then soak for 5-7 minutes.
After that drain the water.
Finley chop tomato onion chillies garlic and grate the ginger.
Keep everything ready. - 2
Add oil in a pressure cooker.
Add mustard and cumin seeds to splutter.then asafoetida.
Now add chilli,garlic, curry leaves, Bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and dry red chilli.
After that add onion and sauté till soft,then add tomato and salt.saute till tomato gets mushy. - 3
Now time to add Chilli, turmeric and coriander powder and little water to cook Masala well,then add daal.
Mix with masala then add water and Fresh coriander.
When water starts boiling,close the lid and Cook for 2 whistles then switch off the gas. - 4
After cooling down the pressure cooker,open it,add lemon juice.
Boil for 2 minutes again.then off the gas.
Yummy tasty masoor mung daal is ready.
Transfer in a bowl and serve with roti and salad..
