Totapuri Mango Custard
Steps

Assemble ingredients, mix custard powder in milk and keep aside. Prepare purée of two mangoes and keep aside.

In pan add milk + sugar and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, add mango purée

Cook for 3-4 minutes till mango purée incorporates well with milk.

Add Custard mix and Keep stirring, cook till the arrival of bubbles.

Mixture starts thickening, simmer for around 2 minutes and dish is done. Immediately transfer to setting dish and allow to cool.

Refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Garnish with chopped Mango pieces and serve chilled.
