After washing properly soaked rice for 15-20 min.

Now in a pressure cooker add rice,mung sprouts,water,salt,red chilli, turmeric, garam masala powder,cumin seeds and ghee.

Cover the pressure cooker with a lid and keep it over medium flame 🔥 Cook till two whistles and turn the flame off.

Keep it cool open the lid healthy khichdi ready to serve

Transfer to a serving plate & serve hot pour some more ghee if you like and enjoy 😋 garam garam garnish with Tulsi patta & some more as sprouts
