In medium size bowl add soaked sabudana and mash it,add mashed potato and mix it well.

Then add crushed chilies and crushed peanuts,add cumin powder,salt,lemon juice and sugar,and mix it well.

Then divide it in to ten parts and make a balls and press it in Vada shape.heat Kadhai and add oil for fry Vada,when oil is is hot add Vada,and fry it in golden brown colour.ready your Mansoon
special hot and yummy sabudana vada.
Serve with coconut chatani or curd.
