Ingredients

90 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 1/2 kilogramground meat (makes 20 soutzoukakia)
  2. 2onions
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  5. 1egg
  6. Cumin - salt - pepper
  7. Sauce:
  8. 1bouillon cube
  9. 1 clovegarlic
  10. 1onion
  11. 1cinnamon stick
  12. Cumin - salt - pepper
  13. 1 jarfresh tomato sauce, I used Barilla with basil
  14. 2bay leaves and allspice berries

90 minutes
  1. 1

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Mix all the ingredients, shape them into oblong pieces, and place them in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    SAUCE: Sauté onion - garlic - bouillon cube, add the tomato sauce and all the other spices with a glass of water until it thickens well, then add the soutzoukakia and let them simmer for 5 minutes. The side dish is your choice (rice, mashed potatoes, or French fries) 😁
