Taro (Masala Arbi)

Take arbi and wash properly. Then boil in pressure cooker. Cook it for 3 whistles. Peel it.

Then cut into round shape. Now heat a kadhai add oil. Add carom seeds, Asafoetida, turmeric powder. Stir it.

Then add chopped green chilli and arbi immediately. Mix it well. Then add all spices. Mix well do not cover the lid then cook in medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Once it is completely cooked and a little crispy. Also, add some chopped coriander leaves and green chili. Mix it well and cook for a minute. Then switch the flame off and serve hot. Enjoy with roti and paratha.... 😋😋
