  1. 200 gramsfresh Lotus stem
  2. 1carrot
  3. Pepper powder
  4. Cumin powder
  5. Cinnamon powder
  6. Salt
  7. Half lemon juice
  8. 1 tablespoon corn flour

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, peel and wash again lotus stem.2-3 times.cut diagnolly.

    Wash and peel carrot.Chop into small pieces.

  3. 3

    In a pressure cooker cook carrot and lotus stem for three whistle with little salt.

    Add this mixture to heavy bottom pan.Add water as required.Pepper powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, salt as per your taste.Bring to boil.Make slurry from corn flour and water.Add to this.Stir continuously.

    After boiling turn off the gas.Take soup in the bowl add lemon juice and serve hot.
