Cremora Pineapple Tart

Pack tennis biscuits in large dish (crust)

Mix cremora and pineapple (with the juice)
- 3
Mix lemon juice and condensed milk then add to cremora and pineapple and mix well
- 4
Pour over tennis biscuits and scape flat. Crumb a few tennis biscuits on top as decoration
- 5
The tart will set immediately and can be made while camping, no fridge needed just keep the ingredients cold before preparing
