Take a bowl add all ingredients … paneer, oats powder, nuts powder, coriander leaves,ginger & green chili, all spices & saffron water

Mix everything with gentlely

Correct the seasoning & make equal size kabab

Heat non-stick pan on medium to low flame 🔥 grease with oil / ghee & roast kabab both side till light golden ;you can see in pic
Enjoy with green chutney/ mustard sauce
