Air fried crispy salmon with scrambled eggsʕ·͡ᴥ·ʔ

Firstly, wash your salmon and pat dry with a paper towel

Rub some olive oil over your salmon slices and marinade it with some sea salt, garlic and onion powder(optional), black pepper.

Cut the lemon into 3 slices 1 bigger than the other 2. squeeze the bigger slice lemon juices onto the salmon.

Place the salmon into the airfryer for 170degree 15mins with 2 lemon slices on top ( I never let it cook through as it will turn black.. so I removed it half way through

Chop up your vegetables and place any dressing of you choice.

Start a pan at low heat. put some olive oil and scramble 2 eggs in low heat. add some butter after the egg is done (optional) garnish with some dill and black pepper, salt

Take out the salmon from the airfryer and plate everything!
