In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add warm water while mixing until you get a smooth, firm dough.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the ground beef, vegetables, and spices in a food processor and blend until well combined.

After the dough has rested, divide it into balls about the size of a large tomato. Grease your work surface with oil, then roll out each dough ball. Add the beef filling, then cover with another piece of dough and seal the edges. Place on an oiled baking tray, sprinkle nigella seeds on top, and bake at 350°F (180°C).
