Dry roast rajgira puff for one minute.

Take one teaspoon ghee in a pan and fry for few minutes the seedless dates well and after it cools down, crush it in a mixer.

Now roast the walnuts in the same pan and make a thick powder in mixer.

Add a small spoonful of ghee to the pan again, add crushed dates, walnuts, amaranth and mix well.

Make small ladooes of this. Your Sugar Free Date and Walnuts Ladoo is ready.

Eat at least one of these laddus every day as they are good for health.
