Split moong dal or yellow moong dal is a great source of plant based protein. It is also rich in dietary fiber and full of antioxidants.
Steps

Wash and soak both the dals for, 3-4 hours.

Coarsel grind dal with garlic cloves and red chillies. Take out in a bowl.

Add black pepper, ajwain and sliced onion. Add turmeric powder,crushed coriander seeds and salt. Add coriander leaves also.

Mix well. Heat oil in a wok. Make fritters and fry in medium hot oil till golden and crispy.

Take out and serve with ypur favourite chutney /sauce.
