Ingredients

  • 2 cupsOats
  • 1 tbsPeanut Butter
  • 1 tbsChia Seeds
  • 1and half tbs Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cupMaple Syrup
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • Water (to mix with the peanut butter)

    In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and cocoa powder.

  2. 2

    Whisk peanut butter and water in a separate bowl to form a smooth liquid mixture.

  3. 3

    Mix the peanut butter mixture and maple syrup with the oats using your hands.

  4. 4

    Make 16 balls and chill in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight. Store in an airtight container.

  5. 5

    Enjoy your healthy delicious snack!
