  2. 1 cuprice flour
  3. 1/2 spoon corn flour
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. Enough Oil need to Fry
  6. 2 to 3 tablespoon Red chilli Powder (your spicy level)
  7. A pinch of salt

    In a mixing bowl add kadalai maavu (gram flour), rice flour, corn flour, red chili powder, salt

    Put enough water and mix well thick Bajji Batter and keep the batter aside

    Wash the capsicum and de-seed and then slice it vertically.

    Dip sliced Capsicum in the gram flour bajji batter and coat it evenly...

    Fry it over medium flame until it turn golden brown...
