Avocado 🥑,coriander leaves & green chili put in a mixer jar & blend in to paste

Take flour in a bowl make a hole in between & add avocado paste & knead a soft dough cover & keep aside for 5 minutes

Till that will make paneer stuffing by adding all spices & keep aside

Now knead the dough & make equal size balls ; roll it little on rolling board & fill the stuffing &again roll it with soft hands on rolling board with rolling pin

Heat tawa on gas put paratha & roast both side applying ghee / oil till brown spots come

Serve hot with yogurt & green chutney
