In a Mixer, grind green chilli & mint leaves.

Meanwhile, In a bowl, mix Besan flour, rice flour, Rava, (mint & green chili) blended mixture, pinch of salt.

Mix Well together.
Now make a batter of these ingredients by adding little water. - 4
Heat enough oil in a wide pan over medium heat for deep-frying.

Take a handful of batter and drop gently little by little into hot oil.

Stir Occasionally for even frying.

Once they turn golden brown, remove and transfer to an absorbent tissue placed on a plate.
