On medium flame put the kadai and roast oats,then pour this in a plate,in the same kadai roast one by one makhana,Almonds,kaju,walnut,,sunflower seeds

Roast Pumpkin seeds, pista, chia seeds

Roasted dried dates powder, raisins

Now in the mixer grinder grind coarsely almond,pista,kaju, walnut, makhana and roasted chana.

Mix all these ingredients.and store this mixture in a packed container.oats breakfast premix is ready

In the morning take 1 cup milk 4 tbsp of above mixture 4 dates and keep this mixture for half an hour. When you want to eat put it in the microwave for 1 to2 min your breakfast is ready to eat

It's yummy and healthy after coming from the gym or from jogging..you can eat this healthy brakfast which is rich in protein and fiber
