Steps

Firstly, wash the mung and moth beans and soak overnight or 5 hours. Roast the oats and soak for 10 minutes.

Take the soaked beans and oats, coriander and green chillies in a mixer jar and grind it with 2 spoons of water (only if required).

Add turmeric, salt, lemon juice and Eno to the batter and beat it well. Heat the steamer and apply oil in small katori and fill the batter in it.. Add the grated carrot on top.

Steam the idli for 10 to 12 minutes, check and take it out, when it cools down, remove the idli. Prepare a temper and Pour it on top and add coriander leaves.

Healthy oats and green beans idli is ready. Serve with coconut and green chutney
