White Peas Ragda Patties

First of all soak white peas for 4 to 5 hours. Then boil it for 3-4 whistles in cooker. Heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida and khada masala. Then add onion and ginger, chili, garlic paste 2 Saute for a minute.

Now add tomato paste and all the spices to it and saute till the oil separates. Add 2 cups of water to it. Mash 2 spoons of peas from the boiled peas and add the rest. When everything thickens, add coriander and remove it from heat. The ragdo is ready.

Now mash the boiled potatoes and add the mentioned ingredients to make tikki.

Shallow fry the tikki in ghee. It tastes very good when fried in ghee. The patties are ready.

To prepare a plate of ragada patties, first take a ragada in a plate, keep tikki on it, add some ragda on top and add all the chutney, sev, onion and serve.
