Cut the Nashpati,Methi leaves and tomato in small pieces

Heat the oil and add cumin and mustard seeds.When mustard seeds are cracked add tomato, onion and methi leaves. Saute it.

Add the Nashpati pieces and saute it. Add the all masala ingredients and mix well.

Add the besan and mix well.Add 1 cup water and cook for 3 minute. Switch off the flame.

A very delicious, healthy, tasty
Nashpati Methi Subji
is ready for serve. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lunch or dinner.
