Today I have made a tasty delicious bengali sweets Praanhara Kachagolla for kanha ji bhog.
Steps

Boil the milk add vinegar and water mixture to curdle the milk. Now strain and squeeze it, then wash 3-4 times with water. Chhena is ready.

Now divide the chhena into 2 parts. Take one par of chhena and mash it nicely with the palm.

Take mashed chhena in a heavy bottom kadai add milk powder, sugar powder mix it properly and cook on very low heat, continuously stair and cook till it becomes dry, turn off the flame, now add rose essence and mix it well. Keep aside to cool down.

Once cool down cooked chhena, add remaining uncooked chhena, mix it lightly and make small round shape ball. Chhena sweets ball is ready.

In a plate take some milk powder. Now coat the chhena balls with the milk powder and place it on the small sweet paper bowl.

Praanhara Kachagolla Bengali Sweets is ready.
Decorate with rose petals. Kanha ji bhog is ready. - 7
