Take all the needed ingredients. Combine urudal,chana dal and wash well. Wash oats,fenugreek separately.

Now mix all these ingredients and soak about 2hrs. Then transferred to a mixer jar. Add salt, required amount of water and grind nicely.

Now,ferment the batter asusual.

Then in a hot tawa,sprinkle oil and pour a ladle of batter,spread as set dosa or a plain dosa. Sprinkle oil,if you want. Then flip and cook.

Thatsall. Healthy,Rolled Oats Dosa is ready serve.
