Prepare all the ingredients.

Rinse the blueberries. Peel and chop the kiwi. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

Add 1 cup of water (about 240 ml) and the cherry tomatoes to a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes to release the lycopene from the tomatoes.

Add the oats to the saucepan.

Simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat when cooking is done.

Let the oatmeal cool, then serve in your favorite bowl.

Add the blueberries and kiwi to the bowl, then pour in the desired amount of milk.
