Steps

Firstly boil the milk. Meanwhile peeled. The brinjal and grate it. Put khoya in pan and roast it.

Then grated brinjal put in the milk and on low flame cooked it.

When milk get reduced and brinjal is getting soften, add vanilla essence and cardamom powder.

After that switch off the flame and add sugar and mix it nicely.

Served hot or chilled in fridge than served it. Garnish with almond.
