“First, wash and soak the dal and soya chunks for ten minutes. Then, squeeze out the excess water from the soya chunks. Heat a Kadhai, add oil and mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Add the onions and garlic paste, and sauté until golden

Then add coconut powder and red chilli powder and stir it well. Next add soaked gram dal add some water,cook for two minutes.finely add soaked soya chunks.and cook for another five minutes.

Add all spices and salt and cooked it for 5 minute es.add coriander leaves add lemon juice and serve it with roti or rice.

Ready your soya and graham dal sabji garnish with coriander leaves.
