Cooking Instructions

Rinse the clams, then soak them in salt water for two hours to purge sand. Rinse again and set aside.

Prepare the ingredients: slice the onion, cut the baby corn in half, and slice the garlic.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve the pasta water (you can keep the pasta water for later use).

In a pan, add butter, onion, and garlic slices, and sauté briefly.

Gradually add and stir in some flour, milk, and salt. (If the sauce becomes too dry, you can add some reserved pasta water.)

Add the clams and cover to cook, then add the baby corn and cover to cook.

Add cheese to enhance the aroma.

Add the pasta and cook until the sauce thickens. Adjust the salt to taste.

Plate and serve!
