Deseed custard apple by using seive and spatula.

In a pan heat ghee,add vermicelli.roast light brown on low flame.. remove from pan.Add milk,bring it to boil.

Boil for 5-7 minutes.add saffron and cardamom.add mithai mate.boil for 5 minutes.

Cool down temperature than Add custard apple pulp..

Garnish with chopped almonds, silver varakh, rose petals. Serve chilled.
