Barley flour and leftover poha thepla

In a mixing tray take barely flour and leftover poha.

Add asafoetida, kitchen king massala, oil, salt and coriander leaves. Mix very well.

Add water little by little and make a smooth dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Now make medium balls from the dough.

Roll the thepla to a round flatbread of about 5 to 6 inches in diameter.

Heat tawa, spread oil both sides and roast until golden brown.

Enjoy with chutney and chai.
