Steps

Cut paneer into pieces. Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste, refined flour and corn flour. Mix all indegrients very well until paneer pieces is fully coated.

Heat oil in a frying pan and gently drop the paneer pieces one by one and fry till golden brown.

Heat oil in another pan. Add finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown. Add chings schezwan chutney / sauce. Add fried paneer pieces. Mix all very well until the paneer pieces are fully coated with sauce. Add salt if required.

Garnish with spring onion leaves or coriander leaves.

Serve hot as starter or side dish along with rice or noodles.
