For sauce ….
Grill the red bell pepper; remove all black parts & seeds
Mix all ingredients for sauce in a blender & blend till creamy correct the seasoning & remove in a bottle / bowl - 2
In a big bowl take boiled lobia, roasted sweet potato 🍠,breadcrumbs,coriander leaves,chopped ginger 🫚 & green chili chopped onion 🧅 and all spices

Mix it nicely & correct the seasoning

Make equal size cutlets & roast on low to medium flame by applying ghee / oil
