First ready all the ingredients. In 1 tsp oil roast chana dal and garlic on slow gas. Then add in urad dal and roast a while.

Then add in curry leaves, chillies,tamarind, hing and salt. Roast on slow gas stirring continuously. When all ingredients are well roasted,lastly add in fresh coconut. Switch off after 1 minute.

Transfer the roasted ingredients to a plate and cool to room temperature. Crush in mixer coarsely first.

Then add in required quantity of water and Kashmiri chilli powder. Churn to a smooth chutney. Open jar and a delicious Mysore Chutney for Dosa is ready.
Mix water and make a spreadable chutney consistency. - 5
Make Dosa on a well seasoned tawa. When little cooked and a bit dry on top drizzle very little oil all around. Apply Mysore Masala chutney evenly all over the dosa. Keep gas flame medium.

Place potato- onion bhaji on one half of the Mysore dosa. Fold the dosa.
