Flour-Dusted Pork Ribs

Whenever my husband wants something to snack on with red wine, this dish is quick and delicious down to the last bite. I often buy pork ribs, simmer them, and freeze them in small portions. Whenever he wants some, I just thaw and fry them—so easy! If you fry too many, just store the leftovers and reheat them in the air fryer the next day—they’ll be crispy and tasty again.

Rinse the ribs with vinegar to clean them, then simmer until just tender. Remove and let drain.

Coat the ribs evenly with flour. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Shake off any excess flour and fry the ribs until golden brown on both sides.
- 3
Transfer to a plate. Serve with chili sauce and a glass of red wine. They’re crispy and delicious!
