Easy homemade Korean cold soybean soup Kong guksu (콩국수)
Steps
- 1
Soak the spaghetti for about 1.5 hours. You can skip this if you use other types of wheat flour noodles.
- 2
While waiting, blend the bean curds, peanut butter, sesame seeds, salt, and water or milk.
You can also add sugar if you like sweetness but I prefer it savory. - 3
Then boil the spaghetti and rinse it with cold water.
- 4
Place the spaghetti in the bowl and add the blended soybean soup.
- 5
At last, garnish with soft boiled eggs, sliced cucumber and sesame seeds. Hope you enjoy your day~!
