  • 1pie crust
  • 3apples
  • 1/3 cupspeculoos spread (about 100 grams)
  • 1 1/4 cupsall-purpose flour (about 150 grams)
  • 1/4 cupsugar (about 50 grams)
  • 7 tablespoonsunsalted butter (about 100 grams)

    Wash, peel, and slice the apples. Roll out the pie crust, prick it with a fork, and spread the speculoos spread over the bottom.

    Arrange the apple slices over the speculoos layer. Make the crumble by mixing the flour, sugar, and butter together until crumbly.

    Sprinkle the crumble over the tart and bake for 30 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
