An extremely simple and tasty recipe made with sesame seeds, peanuts and jaggery Syrup.

Steps

Firstly, roast the til and peanuts on a slow flame.
After that make a coarse powder.
Keep other ingredients ready. - 2
Add water in a pan,then add chopped jaggery..
Let the jaggery melt on a slow flame.
When bubbles start from the Jaggery,add ghee and cardamom powder in it.
Mix continuously. - 3
Now add coarse peanut powder and sesame seeds.
Mix quickly.
Stir till the mixture gets in a dough form..
Switch off the gas and transfer the mixture in a greased thali and level it.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Leave it to cool down.
In bitween make a square piece. - 4
When the til batfi cools down completely, remove from the thali and arrange in a serving plate..
Yummy and healthy Til gud burfi is ready..
Enjoy the winter season with this burfi..
