Take rajama and soaked in water for overnight.Then cook rajama in cooker add salt in it and take 3 whistle.Then drained it and make paste in mixer.

Boil potatoes,chopped coriander leaves and onian

Soak rice flakes.Take all other ingrediant.

Mix rajama paste,chopped coriander leaves, onion and all above masala,salt mix it well and then add soaked rice flakes and mix it to make douge.

Make cutlet whichever shape you want.shallow fry in pan adding oil on it.

Rajama cutlet are ready to eat.Served it with chatani or tomato sauce.
