Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a baking pan with parchment paper. Measure the ingredients.

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: rolled oats, almonds, peanuts, dried cranberries, desiccated coconut, and salt. Mix well.

In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: honey, coconut oil, and vanilla essence, until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan and press it down firmly with a spatula.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Let it cool completely before removing from the pan.
