Methi Malai Matar

First heat a pan add water,when it boiling add methi leaves and boil it for 2 minutes.then turn off heat.drIn hot water,add cold water for one minute,drain the water and chopped methi leaves.

Heat a pan add onion,cashews,garlic,ginger and cook it for one minute,transfer it to mixer,and mixer it fine paste.

Heat a kadhai add ghee,add cumin seeds,it cracks,add bay leaves,add paste and stir it well,soute it until oil is come out.,add green peas,chopped methi and mix it well.

Cook for one minute,add salt,garam masala,cumin powder,turmeric powder,add 1/2 cup water and mix it well.add fresh cream,(Malai).any mix it well,
Ready your Methi,Matar Malai.garnish with fresh cream and serve with parath or rice.
