In a bowl, sieve in your flour and the remaining dry ingredients and mix.

Using a whisk, gradually add water and mix till you have a bit watery batter.

Cover your bowl tight, Set aside for 30min and allow to rise.

On a low heat, using a non stick pan, pour in your batter and fry.
- 5
After frying, allow to cool before garnishing your gurasa with the groceries and steak, after which you sprinkler top the powder kuli-kuli
