Garlic bread toast
This was posted by Dingo Food on Facebook. It's a garlic bread toasted sandwich. The recipe below has been modified a little from the one they posted. I suggest adding sauce to prevent it being too dry. You could also change the cheese to any kind you prefer (I used brie in place of mozzarella). You may want to prepare the bacon in the oven before starting by partially cooking it. I don't see why you couldn't add spices and peppers to taste or change/add meats. Be careful not to burn the garlic butter/paste. It can burn really quickly

Steps
- 1
Cut the parsley into very small pieces. How much you use is down to you
- 2
Mince the garlic if it is not already minced
- 3
Add the flakes of parsley and minced garlic to your bowl of sugar and butter.
- 4
Mix the contents of a bowl until it forms a spreadable paste
- 5
Cut a quarter onion into thin/small pieces
- 6
Cut your bacon into small pieces.
- 7
Spread the garlic paste on to one side of two slices of bread
- 8
Put both slices of bread buttered side down in a frying pan and begin frying
- 9
Add the onions and bacon to the pan
- 10
Add pepper to taste.
- 11
Continue frying until the bacon and onions are some. Make sure to turn the bread over when the garlic paste has melted into the grass and begun browning to brown the other side of each slice.
- 12
Put the onion and bacon onto the non-buttered side of one slice.
- 13
Add the cheese
- 14
Put the other slice on top with the buttered side facing out.
- 15
Melt the cheese. The original recipe says use the microwave for 90 seconds, but that may ruin the bread. You can use the oven for this stage or a toasted sandwich bag for and a toaster
