Steps

Take 2 cup peas green coriander stem and coarsely churn in processor

Take onion tomatoes and make coarse paste

Take Kadai add ghee cumin seeds, ginger chilli paste and mix it well add puree and mix it well

Add all spices cubed potatoes and coarsely peas and stem paste mix well
- 5
Add little water and cover it or you can use cooker too and give two whistle
- 6
Add lemon juice mix well
- 7
Garnish with coriander leaves with dollop of ghee
