Wash moong well and cook in cooker along with turmeric and salt for 5 to 6whistles.
Whisk curd well and keep aside. - 2
In kadhai heat up oil, add Mustard seeds,cumin seeds chopped garlic, curry leaves and green chillies. Prepare tempering.

Then add whisked curd and mix it well. Add water to adjust consistency. Then add cooked green gram, add salt and sugar according to your taste.

And give it a good mix. And let it cook for another 5 minutes in simmering and then serve hot with roti or rice.
