Ingredients

3 hours
25- 30 people
  1. 4 cupghee
  2. 1 cupdry grated coconut
  3. 1/2 cupBesan
  4. 1/2 cupWheat flour
  5. Two tablespoon til
  6. Two tablespoon khus khus
  7. Two tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  8. 1tablespoon dry ginger powder
  9. 1tablespoon methi seeds
  10. 1tablespoon ajwain
  11. 2 cups makhana
  12. 1 cup cashew nuts
  13. 1 cup almonds
  14. 1/2cup anjeer
  15. 1 cup walnuts
  16. 3 cups gud
  17. 3 khajur
  18. 1/4cup gond

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadai dry roast all dry fruits one by one on low flame don't roast khajur and ajeer

  2. 2

    Take another kadai add 1 cup ghee and roast besan and wheat flour till golden brown on very low flame

  3. 3

    Dry roast grated coconut,till,khus khush,methi,ajwain Sunflower seeds

  4. 4

    Now grind all roasted dry fruits khajur and ajeer

  5. 5

    Now take another khadai add half cup of ghee and fry all gond on heigh flame till it turn crispy

  6. 6

    Now grind this all roasted items and mix it well

  7. 7

    Now take a kadai add some ghee and gud and melt it and mix it in this dry fruits mixture add more melted gud or ghee for more binding and make laddu when gud is warm and enjoy your laddu for winters
