1 tsphaldi
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspdhania powder
2brinjal slices
4 tbspoil
Halfcheese cube

Mix the ingredients and marinate brinjal slices from both the sides.

Now shallow fry from both the sides.

Now grate cheese cube on cooked baingan bhaja.
Garnish with ketchup as shown in video.
