Serves 1 serving
  • 1/4 cupchickpea flour (30 grams)
  • 1/3 cupsoy milk (75 ml)
  • Pinchsea salt
  • Chopped chives, to taste

    In a bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour and soy milk. Add chives, garlic powder, and salt.

    Pour the mixture into a hot, well-oiled skillet and cook on one side for a few minutes. Then roll up the pancake like an omelet.
