PEARL MILLET CHILA - BAJRA DHIRDA
Gujarati snack, specially made in winter for breakfast or as part of a meal.
Steps

Take curd in a mixing bowl. Add ginger chilli paste.

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander cumin powder, carom seeds.

Mix the above mixture, add Chopped fenugreek, and coriander leaves.

Now add pearl millet flour and chick peas flour and sesame seeds.

Add the required quantity of water and make batter not too thin or not too thick. Add fruit salt. Put one tsp water on it to activate it. Mix well.

Heat the pan, add some ghee. Put batter on tawa with help of a spoon. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.

Cook one side till light brown and flip it. Cook on the other side. Add some ghee on the chilas to help cooking.

Serve hot with pickle and curd.
